Mindfulness Practice Center of Durham
Mindfulness is our capacity to be fully present in our own lives, to be more fully aware of what we are doing as we are doing it. As we develop this sense of presence, an inner stillness naturally grows. We are also better able to embrace the world, better able to respond wisely and lovingly. We practice mindfulness for ourselves in order to become calmer, more alive, more genuine.
