The Oak Tree Sangha currently meets twice monthly at the home of Ross and Valerie Schneiderman in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Sangha meetings generally consist of sitting and/or walking meditation, readings, dharma discussions and light refreshments. As an organization, we recognize the importance of individual contemplative practice and mindfulness as the foundation for inner peace.
