Shambhala Centre of Vancouver
The easiest way to get to know our centre is to drop in on Open House evenings, Mondays and Wednesdays (unless there's a holiday) at 7pm. We offer free instruction in sitting meditation, group practice, then a break for tea and cookies and after that a talk or video and discussion.
