Spiritual Talks, Yoga & Meditation

Jagadguru Kripalu Yog (JKY), a non-profit organization, is organizing a series of week-long programs in four cities across the state of California. These programs will include enlightening spiritual discourses and sessions on yoga, meditation & wellness.

The first part of the session will focus on Yoga, Meditation, Subtle-Body Relaxation, Pranayam, Science of proper diet etc. and the second part will include spiritual discourses and devotional chanting to purify the mind and soul. Admission to all the four events is Free and Light meals will be served after the session each day.

• June 6th -12th: Sunnyvale, CA
• June 7th: Fremont, CA
• June 13th-19th: Fremont, CA
• June 20th-26th: Norwalk, CA
• June 26th-July 1st: Northridge, CA

Jagadguru Kripalu Yog (JKY) is dedicated to the spiritual, mental and physical wellness of humankind, through true yoga and spirituality. It has eight centers in USA.

Swami Mukundananda, a world-renowned teacher of Spirituality, Yoga and Meditation, will lead the programs. His Holiness is the founder of Jagadguru Kripalu Yog. Swamiji received his degrees in Engineering and Management from two world-famous Institutes in India, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM).

However, the call of God was so strong that a short while after landing a top corporate job, he renounced his professional career, in the quest for God-realization. For the last two decades, he has been travelling far and wide in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, USA, Nepal and Europe, awakening hundreds of thousands of seekers. Swamiji is the senior disciple of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj.

Jagadguru Kripalu Yog is a system of Yoga that incorporates five esoteric Vedic sciences for complete physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health. It combines elevating spiritual discourses, Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, healthy diet and subtle body relaxation, to attain well-being of the body, mind and soul.
