Buddhist Retreat to be Held at Maezumi Institute

A Buddhist retreat for the new generation will be held at the Maezumi Institute in Montague, Massachusetts on August 28-31. The four-day, single occasion retreat will include talks, workshops, interviews, and performances by known yoga teachers, authors, and performance artists.
The retreat starts off with an introduction to Zen Practice, teaching the young how to meditate and practical applications of meditation in one's daily life. Meditation sessions and yoga classes will also be part of the retreat schedule. Soto Zen Buddhist Priest Brad Warner and Buddhist Meditation Teacher Ethan Nichtern are among the list of faculties involved in this four-day retreat.
