Insight Meditation Retreat with Howard Cohn

An Insight Meditation Retreat: The Buddha's Way to Happiness with Howard Cohn will take place at Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri on July 25 to 27. The retreat is suitable for those who are seeking happiness by following the path of concentration, ethics, mindfulness, and love. It aims to release the origin of misery and pain so as to attain inner peace and happiness.

Registration fee ranges from $55 to $100. Retreat scholarships are also available. The Non-residential Insight Meditation Retreat will have the following schedule:

July 25, Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
July 26, Saturday - 9 am to 6 pm
July 27, Sunday - 9 am to 12 noon

The retreat will be led by Howard Cohn, founder of San Francisco Bay's Spirit Rock Meditation Center. A meditation practitioner for 36 years, he has been involved in leading Vipassana retreats since 1985. Cohn is also an expert in Zen, Dzogchen, Advaita Vedanta, and Theravada traditions.
