Arizona Meditation Retreat Opens in September

SEDONA, ARIZONA - Sedona Meditation Training Company Director Sarah McLean announced the opening of The Radiance Retreat at the Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain on September 12-14, 2008.

McLean was delighted “to see that meditation finally became a mainstream idea and that more and more people are integrating the practice into their daily lives.” She added that researches on meditation as a proven technique for stress reduction and to alleviate common health problems also continue to mount.

The retreat aims to help the participant awaken his limitless potential, enliven the spirit, and regenerate the being through meditation, yoga, hiking, and creative journaling. Spa treatments along the relaxing meditation garden, movement studio, and fitness center in the Camelback Mountain add wonder to the retreat.

McLean is one of the founding directors of the Chopra Center in California and has over 20 years of experience in the personal growth arena.
