Internationally renowned authority on yoga and holistic living, Gurudev Shri Amritji, shares how we can remove old karma and experience real joy. Gurudev developed a yoga methodology which incorporated a spiritual dimension in Hatha Yoga. This new practice is called “Kripalu Yoga” or Meditation in Motion. Today, it is known as Amrit Method of Yoga Nindra.
Gurudev explains that with the Amrit method, the practitioner can learn to relax and go beyond their minds by making a conscious decision to let go of tension and reactive thoughts.
