Join Rita Nayar on a Meditation and Meditative Living Retreat on Sunday, July 15, 2007 from 8 am to 8 pm.
ARISE introduces eastern spiritual concepts through incorporating a meditative way of living into our busy and often overwhelming day-to-day life. This profound learning presents simple ways of shifting attitudes to achieve inner strength and happiness. By following logic in spirituality, attendees will learn how to achieve spiritual, emotional, and financial fulfillment while ultimately uplifting themselves to enlightenment. Topics covered will include freedom, happiness, karma, reincarnation, dharma, meditation and enlightenment.
The program will start with an optional meditation at 6:45 am, followed by a full day of lectures, guided meditation, a meditative walk in the forest, discussions, relaxation time, and of course, 3 nutritious, vegetarian meals and snacks in between.
Get a chance to learn in a relaxed atmosphere, gain new knowledge and practice leading a peacefully tranquil and positive life.
