Hypno-Freedom Releases Another Audio Session

Hypno-Freedom has released another audio session entitled, Your Unique Garden: The Meeting Place of Body, Mind, and Spirit, a guided meditation session which can take you on a journey through your inner subconsciousness to manifest, create, release any stress, and more.

We have in our Western tradition a story of a “garden” and how it was beautiful and abundant. It was a place of tranquility where everything was provided in abundance. Many people in our society don’t realize two important things about this garden; 1) that this garden is still with us—it’s with us all the time because it is inside of us. And, 2) we are worthy and entitled to this garden because it is part of who we are.

Every person has within them a special place, a “garden” where you can go, at any time. It’s a place for replenishing, dreaming, getting council, and relaxing. It is something that every person creates in her or his heart and it is a very powerful place that nourishes and energizes at a very deep level. In many Shamanistic traditions, this “garden” is a place between this world and the next, and a person’s awareness of it is vital to their holistic well being.
