Ashtanga & Meditation Retreat with Ciara Cronin

Join Ciara Cronin on an Ashtanga & Meditation Workshop on March 2-4, 2007 at the Burren Yoga & Meditation Centre in Ireland.
This yoga retreat is a challenging dynamic form of yoga where one works quite strongly with the physical body. The goal of the course is to improve your Ashtanga practice so that you may practice at home after the course and also to introduce you to meditation.
Moreover, there will be an outdoor trip into the Burren on Saturday. The cost of the course is €270 and includes accommodation and vegetarian meals. The food is cooked by Paddi, the gourmet vegetarian chef who ran Seventh Heaven which is the well known restuarant in Galway city.
This retreat is suitable for beginners to intermediate, but one should be reasonably fit, as the Asthanga yoga is quite dynamic.
