Meditation for the Soul

The International Meditation Club is organizing two Vipassana (Insight) Meditation programs for those wishing to explore wisdom, learn how to resolve daily problems, eradicate stress, tension, anxiety, insecurity, insomnia, depression and live a happier life.

The first workshop will be held at a private beach resort in Cha-am from December 9 to 11 while the second workshop will be in Bangkok from December 16 to 17.

Both courses will be conducted in English by international meditation masters.
