Meditation Workshop to be Held March 19

Join this one-day workshop for a run through on stress management and how to battle stress through meditation and relaxation. The workshop will be conducted on March 19 by Feel Good Therapies in Edinburgh.
The workshop will cover a wide range of topics such as meditation techniques, chakra energies, stress analysis, power of the mind, relaxation exercises and other beneficial practices.
