Meditation Workshop to be Held March 19

MONDAY, 20 FEBRUARY 2006

Join this one-day workshop for a run through on stress management and how to battle stress through meditation and relaxation. The workshop will be conducted on March 19 by Feel Good Therapies in Edinburgh.

The workshop will cover a wide range of topics such as meditation techniques, chakra energies, stress analysis, power of the mind, relaxation exercises and other beneficial practices. The workshop will sure leave its attendees feeling all the endless benefits of meditation and relaxation such as feeling calmer and happier, reduced muscular tension, lower blood pressure and more.

Moreover, the exercises will guide the participants in learning more about themselves, their life and knowledge that can help them manage life's daily pressures. Workshop fee is £59 and includes notes and a CD for home practice. The next meditation workshop will be held on May 14.
