Nirguna Mantras

Saguna Mantras
The Saguna Mantra helps a practitioner to gain self-realization through the invocation of a particular deity. The different patterns of this mantra can either produce positive energies or destroy the negative characteristics when you meditate.

The word Mala means rose or garland. This is a string with 108 beads. It also has a large bead called “meru”. This will help you concentrate on your Meditation session. Also, a Mala is used in spiritual prayers.
