Circadian Meditation
Tired of not having enough sleep? Sometimes, almost everybody suffers from sleep or anxiety disorders. According to researches, those sufferers are dealing with a circadian rhythm disorder and clinical testing proves that people who are suffering from sleeping disorder can find relief by correcting their circadian rhythms.
Circadian rhythms are our body’s natural cycles that control sleep, energy, appetite, mood, and libido. People suffer from a circadian rhythm disorder (CRD) when our body is out of sync with nature. In reality, circadian rhythms control the timing, quantity, and quality of the hormones and neurotransmitters the body makes and eventually secretes. Hormones and neurotransmitters are the elements that influence how we feel, our sleep patterns, our appetite, and other sleep- and mood-related issues. When functioning properly, our circadian rhythms create circadian balance. When out of balance, quantity, quality, and timing of hormone and neurotransmitter secretion suffer and our bodies suffer from a circadian rhythm disorder.
Circadian Meditation plays a big role in improving our sleep and will help us alternate the asleep and awake states in an optimum manner, relax, and conduct everyday activities effectively. It takes the positive aspects of Meditation and combines it with the natural rhythms of the body and is meant to help our body to have a healthy and calm circadian cycle. It tends to balance our lifestyle and our sleep to be able to perform our activities efficiently and to have a good and peaceful sleep.
Circadian Meditation is essential in this day and age when people are doing various activities everyday. With basic Meditation exercises and relaxation techniques, we will feel great and have lots of energy to face our daily activities. Of course, when we are in balance we are at our best!
