Being Overweight and Meditation

In the last few years, the number of people who are overweight or who suffer from obesity has increased dramatically all over the world. In many Western countries, 4 out of 10 men and 3 to 4 out of 10 women are too heavy. This means that millions of people suffer from a weight problem. When you are going to meditate and you want to lose weight, the most important thing is of course to be highly motivated. "What you bring is what you get" and it is important to start with the strongest possible motivation.
