there are really some moments when I find it hard to focus and meditate needless to say it frustrates me. It takes me awhile to finally achieve that focus. How about you, do you have any techniques or secret in maintaining or achieving that focus when meditating? i would be truly honored if you can share it with me!

For me, focusing and taking it seriously would be the key. Better assess what's been bothering you, it's good if you'll get to trace the root cause of your stress, in that way you can solve it and reflect on it.

Thank you Meditty.. there are just these days when I feel that I lack focus which makes me feel so down. Hope I'd get over this feeling soon.

hello Kev7! Hope you're doing good, I think its good if you'll find time to relax or unwind, you must be totally stressed from work. What have you been up to lately? perhaps it's a sign telling you to stop for a while and save some time for yourself. Dont worry friend, you'll get past it!

Hi Kev7,
I hope you're doing alright by now, it's been a while since your last post. For me, I never try to focus during my meditation. I just sit, relax, pray, and enjoy the Divine Energy that's pouring into my Crown Chakra. This is made possible after getting an attunement.
I find this much easier, because all my major and Divine Chakras are activated and ready to access the Divine Energy. This ways it's so much easier and faster to get into deepest state of meditation in just seconds.

also, it could be that other things around you are distracting you. Maybe the dog is barking, lawn mower, bees are attacking, i dont no. So try to make sure you find a time that you will not be bugged. Then once you can easily reach the state of mind you are looking for, mediate any where

Hey,
I have had the same problem as you for a long time. Until i was looking for an idea wich makes me focus on 1 thing. That was my problem all allong so i had to become creative about it.
What i have done is use an essence stick and completely darken my room. That red burning dot is my focus point and i've been using it ever since. For me it was very effective.

I had the same problem as yours I can't get over things. And I want to escape from it because I'm stress in thinking over and over again. How can I move myself from it?

It is natural for us that we have issues that are unresolved. And People don't always say or do what's right and it can seem impossible to heal that breach.
To be able to get through this you must try fire meditation - is a way to release pain and to heal a past or present relationship, or to deal with unresolved interpersonal issues. Through this meditation its possible to seek out reconciliation and forgiveness as well as to rid yourself of the baggage that comes when you harbor emotional pain.

Its is normal to all meditator that he/she are hard to focus.. they key here is to practice.. do it again and again and again as you master the focus on single point. -Light, Life and Love to All
