Last week, I was invited by my friend to attend a tai chi class. At first I was a bit nervous since I wasn't really familiar with the practice. Then as the class went by I slowly got the hang of it, it' like meditation, only it is in motion. But like meditation it also focuses on breathing,it is relaxing too. I recommend you guys try it! One thing I've learned is to be open to changes and become more willing to try out something new.

yes. that's true, in fact many refer to it as yoga or meditation in motion. I only tried it once, it was indeed a relaxing experience, every move was graceful and smooth not too mention.

both difficult and challenging coz you need to practice hard in any of two. some meditator cannot meditate in a long period of time in sitting,. the taichi is the alternative way to meditate coz there are same effect is practice. taichi apply the Vipassanna Meditation or the short path..

Meditation is easiest thing on this earth. It is not doing anything.it is just being---no try,no effort. It is your real nature. It dawns on you as soon as you come to yourself.Trying meditation is like trying any other natural activity, like drinking, eating.
