The techniques of mediation are simple but the focusing of mind takes time, patience and practice. But the benefits of meditation are reduction of stress, tensions, frustration and anxiety.
First, you need to relax your body and mind and keep your back straight. then slow your breathing down to become deep, calm and rhythmic. Third, developing your concentration so you can keep your thoughts at bay to experience quietness.

Do not do anything.Just be there.Meditation is being,not doing.Doing needs mind,being does not.Once the logical mind is sidetracted,you get in touch with real/natural mind,and get guidance from the Ultimate.

Edward Fucci has not made any post as a member,but the photographs uploaded by him speak a lot.Really inspiring.I find Edward to be really liberated from mundane obstacles, and having very high,and correct taste of nature,spirit and the universe. Keep it up Edward.
