I'm a novice, looking for a silent retreat near San Diego. I'd like meditation, yoga, chanting, and maybe some inspirational talks. Just trying to connect a little more with my spirituality. Thanks for any suggestions. (Shoshona in Colarado looks great, but I'd prefer something closer to home, if possible.)
