Fellow meditators -
Research is presently being conducted in Brisbane(Australia) into MINDFULNESS, which is a model that is being used around the world by millions of people to assist with mental health conditions, to enhance life and wellbeing, improve relationships, and decrease stress. I would be most greatful if you would take part in the study. You will enhance your meditation practice while helping to answer some vital answers in the field.
You will be asked to complete an initial survey that will take about 20 minutes to complete. You will then be directed to a website where you will be given access to information and MP3 recordings that will teach you how to practice mindfulness. Researchers will track your progess over a two month period and provide you with any support (via e.mail) that you might need to start practicing mindfulness.
This will be all totally free of any charges. All that will be required is some of your time, but during this time you will be learning a valuable skill!!
