Hi,

I'm here to help you remember your true nature.

Practice accessing your infinite nature 20 minutes every day -- change your body, change your mind.

Hi Road01,

Sit in a simple chair, feet flat on the floor. Arms on you lap palms facing up in a relaxed and surrendered posture. Align your body to gravity, let you head drop back a little an let it rest in a natural position. Put your tongue on the roof o f your mouth and breath into your nostrils. Fill you belly, lift the air into your chest and exhale. First do this taking deep easy breathes, then allow your body to exhale the air naturally without efforting. After five to ten breathes allow your breathing to enter into it's own rythm.

If you want to know more about what  your  are doing with your body - to to www.practicethepractice.com

Remember, by lowering your metabolism your are teaching your body to move from fight/flight into rest/repose. In rest/repose your body will learn that it is safe to release natural endorphins. (morpine inside) The endorphins sedate you. That's right. The meditators of 3,500 years ago just weren't sitting around breathing. They were releasing morphines and entering into a natural healing state. They were not dumb. They knew exactly what they were doing.

That's it

Enjoy.

Eric
