       Since it is for the benefit of others,let the Moderator kindly allow it.I am holding it absolutely free(as I do all my camps,seminars and lectures).Participants have to pay only boarding and lodging charges,which too are very reasonable.

It is a three-day yoga and meditation camp being organised for the beginners.  It is not the usual camp for imparting training for some  yoga postures, and usual ways of meditation.  The focus is on changing the participants as a whole,physically,emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

      Emphasis will be on-

1.understanding the gross body and its cultivation;

     2.understanding the subtle bodies,nadis,and swar;

     3.understanding the five elements,their importance,and therapies;

4.understanding proper way of breathing,pran and pranayam;

5.understanding the indriyas/senses,and their cultivation;

6.understanding the mind, and its cultivation;

7.Understanding the space,silence,sound,om;

     8.understanding the chakras,kundalini,and their relevance;

     9.understanding meditation,visualization and their techniques.

      The idea is to bring about change in thinking and lifestyle of

       participants so that one

                           a)gets relief  from chronic ailments,

                      b)remains protected against frequent infections,

                     c)gets protection against  day to day stress(which is routine

part of urban life)and its usual consequences like headaches,bodyaches,blood pressure and so on,

                     d)remains centered in  one’s being and remains cool and calm even in emergencies and apparently flared up situations,

                     e) avoids resorting to allopathic drugs(which have lot of side-effects)everyday, and gets used   to natural methods of treatment,

                     f) takes problems as opportunities for speedily moving ahead in every sphere of life,

                     g)enjoys life in a childlike manner( in stead of somehow carrying its burden),and remains ever ready for new peaks to scale,and  new challenges to meet,and

                       h)remains in touch with his/her inner self/spirit,and gets out of all kinds of fears,inclunding fear of death(learning about death is like learning about life).

                             The camp shall be for three days-

            from 18th February(Friday) to 20th  February (Sunday),2011.

                   BUT THE PARTICIPANTS MUST REACH VENUE

              ON 17th FEBRUARY(THURSDAY) EVENING BY 7.00PM.,

      (THOUGH THEY CAN LEAVE ON 20TH FEBRUARY AFTER 7.30 PM.).

I am definitely on the path of Kundalini.How much it is touched in the Camp depends on the particpants.If many are found interested,we go in deep,otherwise we discuss basics.
But if someone needs specific,detatiled guidance,he/she is guided during free time,when others take rest in the afternoon/early evening.
