If you are having Psychology therapy, is meditation ( focusing on your breath for 25 mins ) good for you? Can this two things go together or is it best to wait until the Psychologist is ready to stop the therapy?...and to start meditating again.

Let it be noted that meditation and deep breathing can never cause harm during any illness or its treatment.Rather these will be immensely helpful.
