I heard it on news. Its the latest exercise routine and it is completely sweeping the the world for its fame.

Laughter Yoga is an amazing way to wake up to!

The exercises are simple and fun, and you can't help but laugh especially in a group. There is a feeling of lightness, and laughing especially when stress arises has been great.

You can certainly do it on your own as well. Just do in the mirror, or as i did, laugh in the car. I experimented on a 7 hour drive by myself, and was amazed how much energy I had at the end of the drive. I think I laugh 4 out of the 7 hours. I was shocked how much better i felt, and how present I was throughout.

or find a meetup.com group near you.

Laughter yoga, is amazingly free form, and you can create a Laughter Yoga club in your neighbor without being certified.
Its enough to share laughter with other people.

I'm inspired enough to share with my friends for a potluck and Laughter night.

I know I am going to have a good laugh!

it is amazing!
we practice it every other weekend. After  laughing from heart ,I feel refresh and relax.
It's my favorite!

Lately, I've been wondering if your mind really cannot distinguish between a "fake" laugh and a real laugh, what would happen if I just laughed for 5-10mins in my mind? When I tried it, it clears up the mind, and I feel better, lighter.

Its like meditating with a slight smile, just like a statue of the Buddha. Try that and your mind will follow your smile. Then your mind will inform your body in a positive loop.
