Laughter Yoga is an amazing way to wake up to!
The exercises are simple and fun, and you can't help but laugh especially in a group. There is a feeling of lightness, and laughing especially when stress arises has been great.
You can certainly do it on your own as well. Just do in the mirror, or as i did, laugh in the car. I experimented on a 7 hour drive by myself, and was amazed how much energy I had at the end of the drive. I think I laugh 4 out of the 7 hours. I was shocked how much better i felt, and how present I was throughout.
You can watch all the video exercises at www.laughteryoga.org. or find a meetup.com group near you.
Laughter yoga, is amazingly free form, and you can create a Laughter Yoga club in your neighbor without being certified. Its enough to share laughter with other people.
I'm inspired enough to share with my friends for a potluck and Laughter night.
I am looking forward to it! I know I am going to have a good laugh!

Lately, I've been wondering if your mind really cannot distinguish between a "fake" laugh and a real laugh, what would happen if I just laughed for 5-10mins in my mind? When I tried it, it clears up the mind, and I feel better, lighter.
Its like meditating with a slight smile, just like a statue of the Buddha. Try that and your mind will follow your smile. Then your mind will inform your body in a positive loop.
