This is not the full process of meditation; the full process of meditation is a whole life process. It means attention to the whole of life. It should not be a strenuous act; it should not be forced. Your whole life can be one of meditation. From morning until evening you can meditate, either consciously or unconsciously, and if you do that meditation well, it will speedily take you harmony,happiness,and Divinity. It is obviously as dangerous as living.
