I just finished downloading a couple of guided meditation audios from
bswa.org. It's a lot easier than doing it alone. Do you think that I'll become completely dependent on this audio if I continue listening to it?

I sometimes use it when I feel I need a someone to boost me up. I
wouldn't recommend that you use it every now and then because it is still important
to develop your focus/concentration. I think these audios are helpful for beginners but just use it moderately so you won't get too dependent on it.

It's not wrong to get some help, especially when you are still starting. It is good practice to start with the basic and then learn in the process. I don't think you will be dependent on all those audios because if you really want to meditate I believe that you will be able to do it without walkthrough. Just make sure you really want to meditate and the rest of the techniques will come flooding in.

Hi kurt deegree, I am also downloading some guided meditation audios. I think it will help beginners like us to do meditation. I don't think that you will become dependent on those audios, because the major key here is to focus on meditating and not on those audios.
