I just read in the Meditation news section that a recent study shows how Meditation can make people more alert. I kind of agree with the study, basing from my experience.. ever since I started meditating there's really an improvement with my sensitivity.

I hear ya Yohan, I too have seen my self improve and become a better person perhaps through the help of Meditation!
Thank for your advice yogitonmoy can you give me the easiest steps to practice Meditation? Cause sometimes if I'm trying to do something I lost confidence. for example in class reporting or interview something like that. That's why I want to learn meditation.
Meditation would really improve your senses, it helped me be more alert and be more atuned with the things around me. It kinda acts as exercise to my senses.

How many times a week should I do Yoga and for how long? Thanks.
You can practice for one hour a week. If you can do more than that much better. I suggest starting with
two or three times a week, for an hour or an hour and a half each time or 20 minutes thats fine too.Don't let
time constraints or unrealistic goals be an obstacle—do what you can
and don't worry about it.

Interesting way to put it. Never thought of it that way. That gives me motivation to go and get a few minutes of meditation right now! I'm relatively new to meditation, so I meditate for 10 minutes, tops, right now.
