Hey everyone! what's up?  .. I came across this article about dog meditation, where you practice mediation with your dog, hmm..sounds a bit weird. But don't get me wrong, i have nothing against people practicing this. It's just that I can't imagine myself actually meditating with my pet, I might end up just playing with him. LOL.

erm it sounds silly to me.. but quite interesting so I surfed for further info about this. and i found out that there are guided mediation cds for dogs! what can you say?, the article says, pet owners are encouraged to listen with their dogs. talk about great way of bonding?

i think this type of meditation is ok as long as you have a trained dog that can be taught to stay still as well while you are meditating.
