hi, now that I am into dieting and not too mention I am more conscious with my health I decided to eat more vegetables. But the problem is I really can't take the taste, especially the crunchiness and the sound it creates when I chew them. ugh. can someone help me please? I am so willing to eat veggies but I have this weird issue. Are there any ways for me to start appreciating it?

first thing to do is find a good motivation, think and focus why you are now deciding to eat veggies! Stop thinking that its gross or that it doesn't taste good. It's all in the mind lizzieed. goodluck! I know you can do it.

Try shredding the veggies so you won't be hearing those 'weird' sounds. Or if not that, try cutting it into bite size hope it work, this is what I usually do with my niece. Well I can say that it works for me!

i hear you lizzieed, it's quite difficult to start liking veggies why don't you try eating it in small doses. Don't expect yourself to immediately like it, it's a process remember that. ;-)

I also don't like to eat veggies before. I can still remember my mom asking me to eat veggies when I was still a kid. I only started eating veggies after college I think... I was influenced by my friends who are vegetarian. hahaha

I agree to with kev7 to try to eat small doses of veggies and after a while you will be used to the taste of it.

if this is your first time to eat veggiesm dont eat them like the animals heheheh

add a couple of chicken bits for starters, shred them and add dressings as well. this will help you enjoy the veggies, enjoy the food, enjoy what you are doing and at the same time. Stay healthy

Hi I am new to this meditation sight I like bananas.  Fruit is a good thing. Take bananas, and apples, and grapes and satsumas slices =  Fruit salad!
If you need something to chew on watermelon offers a solid shell to bite into.
