The Power of Being Meditation Course
The Power of Being Meditation Class offers an exceptionally direct experience of deep meditation accessible to anyone, beginner or advanced meditator. Efficiently and effortlessly drawing the conscious mind to its source, pure consciousness or Being, The Power of Being is meditation beyond meditation. The result is tremendously healing and empowering for both mind and body—imbuing one with immense energy, clarity, creativity, joy, and the personal power to manifest one's desires. This course represents the culmination of the 35 years Ajayan has dedicated to exploring a wide variety of meditation/yoga practices, and offers the cream of India's practical wisdom of Yoga and Advaita Philosophies. It is open to anyone, a most effective practice for both beginning and experienced meditators, a sublimely elegant means for activating the whole brain, realizing one's full potential, and gaining enlightenment.

Ajayan Borys has been exploring and teaching a variety of meditation practices since 1970. In the early 70's, he spent several years studying in residence under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the Transcendental Meditation Program®. For the next ten years, Ajayan taught the TM Program®. Since then he has traveled the globe continuing an impassioned exploration of consciousness and developing human potential through a number of forms of meditation.
From 1994 to 1998 Ajayan studied with India's most widely revered living woman saint, Mata Amritanandamayi ("Ammachi"), living at her main ashram in Kerala, India. Amma selected Ajayan to be the meditation teacher at her main ashram, and during those four years he taught daily meditation classes to many thousands of visitors. |

Over the course of two days, from 9:30 AM to 5 PM each day, you will learn three powerful forms of meditation that fit together into one, holistic and highly effective program of meditation.
