Tranquillity Meditation
We meditate for our happiness (within us). No one can do it for us. Our minds, our emotions get the better of us, they run out of control. Reign in our thoughts, so that we are in charge, not our WILD emotions. We do this by cultivating, developing & train our mind. Relaxation, stillness, calmness, clarity, energy, are the results if we can REGULATE & FOCUS our minds with a proper training method.
